Let us enhance your beauty and style with a personalized experience like no other! Our Deposit Policy: A $30 retainer fee is due to reserve allocated appointment time. The $30 retainer fee will go towards service total. Late Policy: If you're a new client, please arrived 10 minutes before your appointment to fill out intake and consent forms. A 10 minute grace period is given, if you are 10 minutes late your appointment will be canceled, and you will need to book for another time. No exceptions. Cancellation Policy: You must reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours in advance. This will allow time for the artist/esthetician to try and fill in the spot. If your appointment is canceled within the 48-hour time frame your non-refundable $30 retainer fee will be transfer to another appointment. Cancellation outside 24-hour time frame will not be transferable, if retainer fee was not taken, there will be a $30 Fee. NO CALLS, NO SHOWS will not be tolerated, and you will be charged FULL-SERVICE AMOUNT! * Payment methods: CASH, CREDIT CARDS, APPLE PAY, AND CHEERY PAYMENT PLAN ! General Information: Please give a valid phone number and email when booking, this must be provided for confirmation email and texts. Snacks and Refreshments are available to all of our guests. Please refrain from bringing extra guests to your appointment, unless allowed by your artist. Seating is available but minimal. Thank you for understanding! Refunds are not given no matter the circumstance, all services and products are final. We are not responsible for what you do not read.
